The aim of this project was to enhance the accessibility of gasless laparoscopy in rural areas by introducing a laparoscopic camera holder. Gasless laparoscopy serves as a cost-effective alternative to conventional laparoscopy. However, rural regions frequently face a shortage of trained healthcare personnel capable of handling laparoscopic cameras. Therefore, the introduction of a laparoscopic camera holder can effectively solve this issue.
