Frances Brazier new leader of section Systems Engineering

As of today Frances Brazier has been appointed as the new leader of the Systems Engineering section. She succeeds Martijn Warnier. Warnier: "Given her extensive scientific and managerial experience and the fact that she has fulfilled this role for almost seven years before, it was obvious to ask Frances. I'm pleased she said yes."
