Sarpong Hammond Antwi

Bio
Sarpong Hammond Antwi is a post-doctoral researcher under the Organization and Governance (O&G) Section of the Multi-Actor System (MAS), at the Faculty of Policy and Management, TU Delft. He is part of the ENCLUDE research team evaluating the impact of energy citizenships and mobilization actions for decarbonization across Europe. Hammond is specialized in the governance of water and energy, climate change, and gender mainstreaming with a focus on community development. His research spans developed and developing countries viz: Algeria, Ghana, the Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands and the Republic of the Niger. Hammond also volunteers in several programs and provides strategic leadership and mentorship to students, start-ups and institutions such as the Clinton Global Initiative University and Liechtenstein Institute for Strategic Development. Hammond has recently submitted his PhD thesis at the Dundalk Institute of Technology (Republic of Ireland), and holds an MSc in Energy Policy from Pan African University (Algeria), and a BA in Integrated Community Development from the University for Development Studies (Ghana).
