Symposium in honour of Pacelli Zitha

As you may already be aware, our beloved colleague Professor Pacelli Zitha unexpectedly passed away on February 18. This came as a shock to many of  us.

In the wake of this loss, we would like to honour his career and scientific achievements and invite you for a symposium to be held on Friday April 26, from 9:30 to 17:00h in lecture room E at the Faculty of Civil Engineering & Geosciences, Stevinweg 1 in Delft.

The symposium will be focussed on research directions linked with Pacelli  such as foam and polymer flooding. Multiple contributors around the world  are involved, including Prof. F. Vermolen from the University of Hasselt,  Prof. G. Chapiro from the University of Juiz de Fora and Prof. P. Bedrikovetski from the University of Adelaide.
