Master Thesis

The thesis project marks the final component of the Computer Science master's programme. Extending over three quarters, it provides the opportunity to conduct a project aimed at solving a curiosity-driven research or applications-oriented engineering challenge, possibly in collaboration with an industrial partner. The project is a guided and structured process with individual supervision by one or more researchers and stimulates students' initiative and creativity.

You will learn to develop a solution to a Computer Science problem based on the knowledge gather in the courses, structure and execute your own research project, communicate and defend your approach and results in written form and in discussions and presentations, and reflect on your research in the temporal and societal context.
