Dal Adas – Persian vegan meal

Super delicious and tasty for cold nights!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups red lentils
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 large chopped onion
2 medium potatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
oil, salt, pepper and turmeric: as needed

Instructions:

First, clean and soak the lentils. After ten minutes, cook the lentils with chopped potatoes and 2 to 3 glasses of water.

At this time, fry the onion and add the crushed garlic to it. When the garlic smells, add the required amount of tomato paste, as well as salt, pepper and turmeric.

Finally, add these ingredients to the lentils and potatoes that we first cooked. Our food will be ready after the food is boiled and dehydrated.
