Make your course materials accessible

This page provides a set of guidelines for designing accessible (online) course materials. These guidelines offer a practical view on accessible content in the online learning environment and have been copied and adapted from the Accessibility Guidelines for online course development and design by the TU Delft Extension School.

Why accessibility is important

By applying these accessibility guidelines, you ensure that your content is suited for people with varied abilities and that everyone is included in the learning experience. Moreover, the guidelines will help to ensure an inclusive learning environment, which is one of the ambitions stated in the TU Delft Vision on Teaching & Learning 2024-2030.
