Diversity is enriching! Optimising interuniversity student collaboration 

The goal of this project is to explore how group work among students from different universities can be optimized. Coming from a different university implies potential differences regarding knowledge and skills, and potential differences in the educational culture. 
In this project, a tool will be developed that students can use within their group to identify differences emerging from interuniversity collaboration, reflect upon differences, and learn from these differences. The goal of this tool is to increase student success in a broad sense: academic achievement, professional development, and personal growth. Furthermore, the tool aims at strengthening the multidisciplinary character of courses encompassing students from multiple universities.  

My personal learning goal is to learn how to set-up and execute an educational project to improve interuniversity student collaboration. I would love to develop evidence-informed strategies to improve interuniversity student collaboration when working in group.  
  
Please reach out to me if you have a course in quarter 3 where group work is one of the assessment methods, and where the groups consist of students from different universities (for instance TU Delft + Leiden University).
