Min Park joined the ImPhys department as a lab manager. He will be working with Dr. David Maresca and Dion Terwiel on pH sensitive protein gas vesicles as ultrasound imaging contrasts. He has completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in biological sciences and bioengineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Min has previously worked on engineering stimuli-responsive functional protein hydrogels and developing novel NIR fluorescent proteins for deep tissue fluorescence and photoacoustic imaging. His postdoctoral studies were focused on the latter topic.
