Open Science

At TU Delft we strongly support Open Science. This includes Open Research and Open Education as well as Open Innovation. In our view, the opposite of ‘Open Science’ is not ‘Closed Science’ – it’s science done inappropriately. Read more >

Scientific Integrity

TU Delft considers academic integrity a shared responsibility. All staff members that are involved in research, education and impact have their own responsibility, but the university also has Institutions’ duties of care. Technology Fellowship

The Delft Technology Fellowship offers high-profile, tenure-track positions to outstanding female academic researchers in research fields in which Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) is active. As a fellow, you will be offered the unique chance to establish your own research programme of international repute, including a generous start-up funding. Human Research Ethics

Research Ethics is about ensuring that your research is planned and executed in a way which will not generate undue harm, or take disproportionate risks, that could negatively impact Research Subjects, society, the environment or even researchers themselves. It involves a combination of meeting any legal requirements (particularly around Health, Safety & Environment, Medical or Animal Research, and Data Privacy), as well as any professional and ethical standards that are relevant to the research you want to conduct.
