Alignment microscope 1
Raith (formerly Leica)- supplied alignment microscope, built around a Leica MZ8 microscope, and equipped with a laser height sensor and table position read-out. On the manually driven table a holder with substrate(s) can be loaded in order to level and align them, and determine substrate positions.
