Alignment microscope 2 (Nikon)
Raith-supplied alignment microscope, built around a Nikon microscope, and equipped with a Confovis confocal measuring head and motorized stage, controlled via Confovis-software running on a PC from cAlign software running on the EBPG control computer. On the mororized table a holder with substrate(s) can be loaded in order to level and align them, and determine substrate positions.
