Location rental

The TU Delft Hortus Botanicus is a green oasis that offers a unique botanical environment and experience.

Locations in our Hortus can be rented for events, dinners, drinks, meetings, teambuilding, etc. Catering is provided by our in house caterer Coffee-star. As each event is unique we are looking forward to discussing your wishes and make your event a success.

We also offer guided tours to complement your event.

Location rental

  • €125,- per hour
  • €100,- per hour for TU related requests
  • Weekend surcharge + €25,- per hour
  • Cleaning fees €50,- per event
  • Payment terms: payment per invoice within 14 days.

Our pavilion is available on weekdays from 08:30 – 22:00, during the weekend from 16:00 - 22:00.

For meeting arrangements and larger groups we charge different fees and will provide a quote based on your specifications.

Allergies & diet requirements

Please inform us of dietary needs as soon as possible.

Auxiliary devices

We have a bluetooth speaker set, microphone and large screen. If needed we also have a flipover and whiteboard available.

Guided tours

One of our tour guides can tell you all about our special plants collection and their technical qualities. A guided tour for max. 15 persons is €40 per hour.

Changes and cancellations

The quotation process, preparations and scheduling of staff take quite some time. In case of cancellation within 7 days before the event, 25% of the quotation amount will be invoiced.
