I am a first year PhD student working on rendering. My research interest focuses on the physics processes behind light transport in realistic image synthesis and the computational methods to model them.
I got my BSc in Computer Science from Dalian University of Technology, China in 2012. From 2012 till 2015, I worked in a Japanese anime/game outsourcing studio as a technical director working on production pipeline and in-house tool development. I got my MSc in Game and Media Technology (programme within informatica/computer science) from Utrecht University in summer, 2017.
