Professor Georgios Smaragdakis, Section Head of Cybersecurity, was appointed member of the steering committee of the Association of Computer Machinery (ACM) Internet Measurement Conference (IMC) in Summer 2023.
ACM IMC steering committee oversees and steers the direction of the conference.
The steering committee includes established researchers in the area of Internet research:
- John Byers, Boston University
- Phillipa Gill, Google/University of Massachusetts -- Amherst
- Ramesh Govindan, University of Southern California / Google
- Christophe Diot (SIG Conference Coordinator), Google
