Biography
Nard studied Chemistry at Leiden University and now works at the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality as Concern Business Controller IT. In addition to his work, Nard conducts PhD research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ir. Marijn Janssen and Prof. Dr. Ir. Nitesh Bharosa. His research focusses on the question of how a department can safeguard its interests in public partnerships with agencies of other departements within the government.
