R. (Rachel) Benchaya Gans, LL.M.

Profile

Rachel is a qualified legal professional with experience in the academic area and corporate legal field. Upon her graduation (LL.B in Law), she has pursued an MBA followed by a Master’s degree (LL.M, summa cum laude) and post-graduation courses (ITC-ILO, Turin, Italy & The Hague, The Netherlands). Along her career, she had the chance to be active as a Researcher and Lecturer and to practice law in Brazil, Austria and The Netherlands.

Research

At TU Delft, Rachel is part of the Research Team collaborating with the CAP4CITY Project, a multidisciplinary project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union.

In summer 2020, Rachel will commence her PhD project analyzing the several aspects of Blockchain at the Communication Technology section of the Technology, Policy and Management Faculty of TU Delft.
