Challenge Based Education at TU/e 1st of June

InnoSpaces in the Technical University Eindhoven is a result of a policy decision taken in 2013/2014 to focus the Entire bachelor Education on Challenge-based Learning and to expand this approach gradually to master and professional education. After several visits to different inspirational European design factories, labs and engineering schools. The InnoSpaces have emerged as the home base for Challenge based Education.  

Currently, the InnoSpace exists 5 years and has built up a wealth of practical expertise and evidence informed approaches to Challenge-based Education in Engineering. Last year they have even been rewarded with the Dutch Higher Education Award for most innovative education in Higher Education. 

On the 1st of June 2022, they will be celebrating this milestone with lecturers and students within 4TU, with a special guest speaker of Monterey Tech. Another institute with extensive expertise on Challenge Based Education.
