Restitution

As a result of the measures taken by the government and TU Delft regarding the coronavirus pandemic, X has had to close its facilities from 13 March until 29 June 2020 (fitness until 20 July). This was very unfortunate, of course.

We did, however, try to inspire you during this period with a daily dose of X. No doubt you will have seen our activities if you follow us on social media or through our website. Although this was not exactly as personal as we would have liked, we did do our best to keep in touch with you. And we are pleased about this, because we value a good relationship and involvement.

Nevertheless, we also realise that you were unable to benefit from your subscription during this period or participate in your course or event. And although we recognise the merits of our digital connection – and are keen to ensure that it continues – it cannot fully replace ‘the real deal’.

Therefore, we would like to refund you completely for the services we were unable to provide during the period of closure. An email with more detailed information has been sent to whom it applies.
