Sophie de Roda Husman wins Best Climate Action Paper 2023

On March 19th an overall jury choose the paper by Sophie de Roda Husman "A high-resolution record of surface melt on Antarctic ice shelves using multi-source remote sensing data and deep learning" as Best Climate Action Paper of 2023. She is awarded with € 1000.

Sophie was the finalist in the category 'Climate Science' of the TU Delft Climate Action Programme.
In total 85 papers were submitted this year, spread over 9 categories. This annual event was organized with the TU Delft Energy.

This year the audience of 120 colleagues, friends and family at the Green Village has chosen Sophie as well for the audience award.
