Tim Hammer MSc

Introduction

Tim C. Hammer obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Leibniz University, Hannover, Germany in 2017. He then graduated at the Ludwig Franzius-Institute in 2019 with a degree in Hydraulic, Environmental and Coastal Engineering from the Leibniz University. During that time he worked as a student assistant with focus on experimental testing of hydraulic structures in the 3D-wave basin and large wave flume in Marienwerder, Germany. In January 2020 he started as a PhD candidate studying ice-structure interaction of offshore wind turbines, with focus on experimental test campaigns of compliant structures in ice.
