Congratulations on landing your new job! Your next challenge is to onboard with your new employer successfully. We’ve put together a 90 day plan that will help you secure critical early wins and help you to understand the common pitfalls new starters encounter so you can avoid them, both important steps in establishing yourself in your new role.
This workshop is designed for students and alumni who graduated up to 1 year.

Trainer Annemarie Koppenaal
Following team leader positions in various companies, Annemarie has 15 years experience as a Career Coach and Organisational Trainer, working within the education, healthcare, government and corporate sector. Her coaching focuses on supporting individuals: clarifying what they really want, investigating how these wishes can turn into reality and designing the steps to move forward. Having worked with many international clients, she currently supports the TU Delft community as Career Coach in both Dutch and English.
