Street Photo Walk

09 April 2022 11:00 till 13:00 - Location: Prinsenhof | Add to my calendar

Spring is in the air and the cherry blossoms are in full bloom! Life has returned to the city following the long dark of winter, and Delft is looking great in the spring light. If you like to take photos, then join us for a Street Photography Walk in Delft on Saturday, 9th April from 11.00 to 13.00.

The historic centre of Delft is a bountiful source of photographic opportunities, rich in history, architecture, people, and culture. The walk will be hosted by Thomas McQuillan who moved to Delft last summer and is rarely spotted without a camera. He will lead the group on a leisurely walk through historic Delft, making sure to pass by some of his favourite spots.

There will be the opportunity to discuss photography, and perhaps discover some tips and tricks along the way. Beginners, enthusiasts, and seasoned photographers alike are all welcome. Likewise, any camera will do! The best camera is the one that’s with you, so mobile phone cameras and digital/film cameras are just fine. The aim of the walk is simply to have fun, socialise and hopefully capture some great shots. The participants are welcome to create their own groups and continue photo walks on their own after the walk. We will end the walk with coffee and conversation in one of the cozy cafes in Delft.
