Opening Doors: Crafting Inclusive Vacancy Texts – English Event

TU Delft strives to be diverse and inclusive. This starts with writing job postings while recruiting new staff. In this workshop you will learn how to attribute a vacancy text to a specific target group, with particular attention to equity, diversity and inclusion.

You will increase your sensitivity to wording in light of a diverse audience and learn how to textually demonstrate that we are an inclusive organization. The workshop includes both practical tips and general rules of thumb.

When is this workshop interesting for you? When you want to open doors and attract diverse talent by writing inclusive vacancy texts. The event is an ‘on campus workshop’ and available in Dutch and English. The facilitators are Birgitte de Keijzer and Chris Scholten, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Team Talent & Development, TU Delft.

The Dutch event will be on Thursday 5 October.
