Do you enjoy drawing? Are you fond of nature? Would you like to enjoy the beauty of the plants of the TU Delft Hortus Botanicus?
Once a month on Sunday Manuela Bianco is hosting an outdoor drawing workshop at the TU Delft Hortus Botanicus.
In the first part of the workshop, through a series of short and practical exercises, you will learn the fundamentals of sketching flowers and plants (observation, line, light and shadow). You will work with a pencil or a pen.
In the second part of the workshop, you will look for a nice spot, a surprising plant or a unique flower to draw. You will work independently, but Manuela will provide feedback and tips on how to achieve a beautiful result. Depending on your experience and goal, and the season, you may work with pencil, different types of pens, ink, watercolour, coloured pencils, or a combination of these. Top of Form

- All drawing materials are included. It's handy to bring your own folding stool.
- In case of persistent rain, the workshop will be held indoors. You will then draw cut flowers of your choice.
