Halleluja! The heavenly musical Sister Act is back on the Dutch stages. The musical is of course based on the film, in which Whoopi Goldberg played an amazing nun.
The life of Deloris Van Cartier takes a abrupt change when she is witness to a murder. De needs to go under and what better place for a nightclub singer to hide than in a convent. Under strict supervision of Mother Superior Deloris finds her place amongst the exuberant nuns. She gets involved in the choir and turns it into a swinging success. A warm story of friendship, transformations and finding your voice.
