David is a PhD researcher at the HumTech Lab at TU Delft, studying information, decisions and policies in humanitarian networks. He worked on ICT for Development projects for the United Nations and the German Agency for International Cooperation. Prior to that he worked for the Fraunhofer Institute and obtained a MSc. degree in Information Systems.
