Shoko Dauwels

Shoko Dauwels is an Educational Adviser at TU Delft Library for training programs on Research Data and Software.

 

Her extensive experience spans academia and industry, encompassing various fields such as material science, system science, technology and knowledge management, psychology, education for healthcare professionals, and corporate training.

Since her PhD research project and throughout her career, she has been working on the learning transformation from training/education to real-world practice, especially for professionals, including researchers in science and engineering institutions.

With her interdisciplinary background and passion for learning design, she is dedicated to crafting training programs for TU Delft talent, equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills to ensure the sustainability of their research output.

 

Beyond her advisory role, Shoko is a certified trainer, focusing on fostering inclusive workplace communication.

In her leisure hours, she orchestrates training sessions to enhance interpersonal dynamics at the workplace while promoting DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives.
