B. (Benjamin) Habib
Profile
Benjamin joined the DAI Energy Lab as a Ph.D. candidate in October 2023. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from UCLouvain, Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium, in 2020 and completed his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at TU Delft in 2022. For his master's thesis, he collaborated with Stedin on Graph Neural Networks for Distribution System State Estimation and graduated with honors. His current research continues in this field, in collaboration with Stedin, focusing on developing reliable deep learning solutions for state estimation, particularly for cybersecurity.
Before commencing his Ph.D., he worked as a Power System Expert at Tractebel Engineering Belgium. Outside of work and research, Benjamin enjoys playing basketball, working out, traveling, and playing music.
