Biography
Suryansh Sharma, a PhD researcher at TU Delft's Networked System Group, specializes in the intersection of mobile networked robotic systems and IoT applications. His research explores the field of Internet of Robotic Things, leveraging sensing and wireless communication within the realm of robotics. Supported by the European Project InSecTT, his PhD focuses on developing edge processing algorithms on resource-constrained devices, with the goal of creating white box AI applicable to diverse industries. Suryansh, a gold medalist from NMIMS, Mumbai, completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication in 2018, followed by an MSc. in Embedded Systems (cum laude) from TU Delft in 2020. In addition, he mentors the Robotics Student Association in Delft, showcasing his dedication to guiding aspiring students in the field of robotics.
