Biography
Wiebe Dijkstra is an educational advisor and trainer on Blended Learning at Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands. He is an expert in designing, developing and implementing blended learning courses in Higher Education. In the last couple of years, he helped dozens of educators with their blended courses. The last two years Wiebe worked on the European Maturity Model for Blended Education ( EMBED), a reference model for developing and implementing blended learning, embracing all levels of an institution. Besides his work as an educational advisor, he is also a board member of the Expertise Network Higher Education in the Netherlands ( EHON).
