As a project leader, Elisa worked with selection committee members to ensure there was a balanced and safe environment to review candidates and exchange thoughts. An import element in this was the centralized ethical training with attention for bias awareness. This created an atmosphere in which applicants were considered that otherwise may have been barely discussed. This thoughtfulness even carried on towards the people that would not be hired.
