My research focus is aimed at developing and testing new measurement methods and interventions that will improve speaking up behaviour, safety listening and psychological safety of healthcare professionals.
Biography
I'm a PhD candidate within the section Safety and Security Scienve in the department of Values, Technology and Innovation, which is part of the TPM faculty. I work for the Centre for Safety in Healthcare together with Prof.dr. Jop Groeneweg, Dr. Irene Grossmann and Dr. Frank Guldenmund.
Prior to joining the TU Delft in January 2021, I completed the MSc Applied Cognitive Psychology at Leiden University. During my Master thesis at Leiden University Medical Centre, I studied the connection between organisational culture and psychological safety.
