FOCUS: 25 students designing for Antoni van Leeuwenhoek

Welcome to the website of our temporary exhibition ‘FOCUS: 25 students designing for Antoni van Leeuwenhoek’. It will be in OPEN Delft from the 27th of January. The exhibition is a collaboration between TU Delft Science Centre and students of the Faculty of Architecture.

In September, the students of the minor Spaces of Display started designing an exhibition celebrating 'The year of Antoni van Leeuwenhoek'. Following this, 25 different designs highlighting Antoni van Leeuwenhoek and other Delft microbiology pioneers, such as Martinus Willem Beijerinck and Gerrit van Iterson Jr., were made from unique perspectives. In the closing of this minor, an exhibition will be organised in OPEN Delft in collaboration with all students.

Curious about the final result? Drop by between 27 January and 11 February in OPEN Delft or view the 25 student designs below.
