Self-improvement courses and workshops for students by Career and Counselling Services

Now that we are well and truly into the second half of the academic year, most students will start to reflect on their accomplishments and struggles from the first half of the year. A lot of them will start to think of what to focus their attention on during the second half of the year.

As a lecturer, you can bring the Mini Courses by Career & Counselling Services to your students’ attention. In these mini courses students can watch tips and explanations on four different topics: stress, procrastination, teamwork and career skills.

Also, useful to bring to the attention of your students are various Workshops offered by Career & Counselling Services. There are a large number of workshops and training courses (many of which are free of charge) on studying effectively, getting personal support, and choosing a study programme, and on careers. In these workshops, students receive guidance from professionals on various topics.
