Reducing 'no shows' at ticket hours and the fitness

X will work with a no-show policy for all ticket hours and at the fitness. This means that if you don’t make use of your reservation, it will no longer be without consequence . If you are unable to come, you are requested to cancel the reservation at least 1 hour (60 minutes) before the activity. This enables someone else to join in your place. If you won’t cancel on time, there will be consequences. Not the first time, but it will be the case if this happens more often. The exact rules will be announced on short notice.

Why is this so important?
At X, we want as many students as possible to make use of our offer. We constantly respond to this by using our facilities in a multifunctional way, offering popular ticket hours more often, optimising the daily schedule and adding new offerings. We are also aware that some time slots  still fill up quickly. Especially now that there are fewer possibilities due to the Covid-19 crisis. As a result, we have to disappoint students more often. In addition, we regularly notice that students who have reserved a spot in the end don’t  show up. This is of course very unfortunate: we prefer to give these 'empty spots' to other motivated students.

How do you make sure you unsubscribe in time?
For every reservation you will receive a confirmation from us by email. This email contains a link to 'Go to my bookings' in our webshop, where all your current bookings are displayed. Select the item for which you wish to unsubscribe and click 'Cancel'. If you unexpectedly encounter problems when unsubscribing, you can always contact our hosts via the usual channels.
