On 21 November, the seminar 'Health as the pulse of planning' takes place.

You are warmly invited to the launch of the Urban Health Seminar Series. In this series, we will explore the complex interplay between urban environments and public health, delving into the latest research, innovative solutions, and policy discussions to address the unique health challenges that cities face.

Our first speaker is Marcus Grant, an academic practitioner, urban designer and chartered landscape architect specialising in people and planetary health through place-shaping. Marcus is an expert advisor to the WHO and UN-Habitat. He has developed international health guidance for urban planning, is co-author of ‘Shaping Neighbourhoods: a desktop guide for local health and global sustainability, and founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Routledge journal ‘Cities & Health’. Join us for a dynamic journey towards healthier, more resilient cities, where knowledge, collaboration, and innovation converge.
