The event aims at discussing how we can improve social safety and strengthen an inclusive academic culture. We will reflect on the interplay between human behaviours and academic values and discuss whether there are systematic barriers in the path towards an inclusive and safe organisation. The event will consist in a panel discussion. The event will deliver recommendations to improve social safety and inclusivity at the faculty of Aerospace Engineering and TU Delft.
