Temporary issue with webshop confirmations

Currently, we are experiencing a TU-wide issue where confirmation emails are not being sent correctly after a purchase or registration through our webshop. This problem affects confirmations for various products, including registrations for ticket hours, courses, room reservations, events, X-subscriptions, fitness registrations, and Boost appointments.

At this time, however, we are unable to provide a specific timeline for when the issue will be fully resolved. We understand that this could cause inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding a recent booking or purchase, please contact our hosts.
