Further relaxations of the measures from 6 July

News - 01 July 2020 - Communication

Starting this Monday, 6 July, we can scale up again. The VR Booths and ACTlab will open again, the Fitness will start up carefully and the ticket hours can be moved inside (in case of bad weather).

VR Booths and ACTlab
Starting next Monday, you can visit the VR Booths and the Art, Crafts & Technology Lab (ACTlab) again. You can use the 3D printer or laser cutters. For this you need to be in possession of an ACTlab certificate as well as a subscription and to book a time slot in advance via our webshop. The Community nights and Certificate evenings will return after the summer.

The Fitness
The Fitness will carefully open as of next Monday. We will start in phases, and if all goes well we can scale up slowly within the framework. Would you like to use the Fitness? Then book a time slot in advance via the webshop

Ticket hours can be moved inside
The relaxations of 1 July offer the possibility to play sports indoors again. Ticket hours are planned outside for the time being, but will be moved inside in case of bad weather. These changes will be announced in the online schedule. Ticket hours have already started, so would you like to participate? Then enrol in advance in the usual way!

Rent or reserve X3B
Because the relaxations allow indoor sports, it is also already possible to reserve or book or X3B through our Rental department as of today July 1st. This is half of X3. The hall can accommodate a group of up to 12 people.

Freetown closes as of Monday 6 July
Due to renovation work, the entrance to Freetown will close as of Monday 6 July. This means that the music studios can still be reserved until 6 July. If all work goes according to plan, the entrance to Freetown will reopen mid-August.
