Education Day 2021: A letter from the Academic Director

Dear colleagues,

What an incredible Education Day 2021 “The Experiment” it was on 4 November!

I feel proud to be part of this amazing education community at TU Delft. Looking back at the Teaching Lab filled with Experiments shared by participants, session leads, demo-zone creators, and guest speakers, makes me want to experience the vibes, the interactions, and the inspiration all over again.

With approximately 180 participants (on campus and online) we look back on a special and successful day where we were able to connect the education community with one another, share and spotlight experiments, and actually experiment ourselves;  exactly what the TU Delft Teaching Academy is about.

Full of admiration, I have watched and listened to the beautiful things that all of you do and have achieved. It was marvellous to see the involvement and initiatives of both our lecturers and education support staff across all faculties.

You are most welcome to keep sharing your experiments in Education with your peers via the Teaching Academy or in the Teaching Lab!
Your Teaching Academy Facilitation Team will be happy to think along about the possibilities and ways to support you in this.
