A new schedule for 2022

Did you get inspired by workshops during work stress week? Would you like to learn more about how your biology drives your brain? This program might suit you!

Health Coach Program is a course that helps you to stay fit and take care of yourself, even under pressure and high workloads. You will learn about healthy food, physical activity, mental health and work-energy. You will learn how to build and integrate your own set of habits that suit you and your life style. Habits that give you more time and energy than they cost you.

In this program, you will be coached individually by a fixed coach for six months and you will have group workshops with in a fixed group. In addition, you work with your coach on your predetermined goals.

It supports you online with a dashboard where you can keep track of your own progress and where you can find the results of the 3 physical measurement in the program. The dashboard also offers a lot of information and good tips in a fun way.

The next group starts on December 14th. The new schedule for 2022 will be published on intranet in the coming days.
