EarthQuest Challenge TU Campus: Rock to Sky

Are you a BSc student at TU Delft and up for a challenge? Want to crack the surface and view our campus from a new perspective?

Working in teams of three, you will have one hour to solve a series of challenges on the TU Delft campus relating to geothermal energy, critical raw materials, weather patterns and Earth observation data. You will explore questions such as:

  • How will thermal energy heat our campus?
  • Is our campus ground drifting apart?
  • Are our concrete buildings as tough as rock?
  • What’s the highest mountain in the Mekel Park?
  • Why is there so much wind in front of EWI?

No previous knowledge is required.
