In November 2018, Pieter Jan Stappers gave a keynote on teaching design at the Design Education Summit (DEST) 2018 in Singapore. The presentation builds on the research project Codesign with Kids. The video of the presentation was recently published.
The focus of the research of Codesign with Kids is on training children's 21st century skills through design projects in school. The faculty of IDE is lead partner and cooperates with Science Education And Communication (faculty of Applied Sciences) and twelf other scientific and public partners. As an outcome, design tools for children have been published online.
