The Service Desks are responsible for providing first-line services in areas involving CRE (Campus and Real Estate), ICT&FM (Information and Communication Technology & Facility Management) and E&SA (Education & Student Affairs).
The Service desk at each faculty is the first point of contact for employees, students and visitors. For instance, for access to classrooms or for finding your way to one of the conference halls, or for the directions to the canteen, for a cup of coffee: staff members of the Service Desk are there to help you on your way!
For requests and questions concerning all things in the building go to the Selfservice Portal . Once you are logged in, you can approach the service desk for questions, requests and notifications.
General opening times
Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. (excluding 3mE: 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., CEG : 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. and TNW : 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. hour).
Library Service Desk Hours
Monday through Sunday: 8:00 AM - midnight.

Places to study & work
On the second floor there are quiet spaces to study which are freely accessible. Project spaces are momentarily being organized: to gain access to these spaces, there will be a registration list at the Service Desk to register for part of the day on the day itself of the day after.
Lockers can be used by offering your campuscard. Lockers are emptied every 14 days.
