Job Description
As a Maintenance Officer, you ensure that everything at the X TU Delft campus runs smoothly. From daily maintenance tasks to small renovations on the campus, you and your colleagues have it under control. Issues? You know them like the back of your hand. You identify them, tackle them, and solve them. And if it ever gets too complicated, you know exactly who to call to fix it.

Collaboration is second nature to you. You coordinate with colleagues, plan the work, and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done. And those external experts? You welcome them with open arms, document their work, and ensure that everything goes according to plan.

Job Requirements
• You have at least a completed MBO-level education and relevant practical technical work experience.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language, both orally and in writing.
• You are able to work independently.
• You are interested in the program offerings of X.
• You are enthusiastic, involved, and know how to take action.
• You are collegial and able to answer questions from our customers.

As a Maintenance Officer, you are part of the BHV team and will also undergo training for it.

Terms of Employment
The position is for a duration of 12 months and is for 32 hours per week. You work in rotating shifts from Tuesday to Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, and occasionally in the evening or on weekends. You will be classified in pay scale 6.
