MyCase pilot information for students

If you are participating in the pilot of MyCase at CEG, we would first and foremost like to thank you. With your help we are able to get sufficient data and feedback to optimize the system. On this page you can find step-by-step information on the procedure and what is expected of you.

Following the regular procedure is mandatory

All students participating in the pilot should be aware that they also have to follow the current thesis procedure of their MSc programme. Registration in MyCase and partaking in the pilot is additional to this procedure and is meant for testing purposes only. You can find al the forms for the current thesis procedure of your MSc programme on this page. If you have any questions regarding your current thesis procedure, please contact the graduation coordinator of your programme/track.

Send us the requested information and wait for confirmation

Once we have received word from your graduation coordinator that you would like to participate in the pilot, we will send you an email regarding your participation. In this e-mail we ask that you make use of this form to send us the information regarding the supervisors/assessors involved in your MSc thesis project. Once we have received this information we will add them to MyCase so that they are able to log in the system and we will send them information regarding the pilot and your participation. Once we have done that we will send you confirmation and you can log into MyCase and start! Please wait for this confirmation before starting, otherwise you will not be able to find and select your supervisors in the system.

Let’s get started!

Once you have received the confirmation that you can start you can log into MyCase via the link mycase.tudelft.nl by using your StudentID. You can then follow the workflow and perform all the requested actions when prompted. The process is structured in different phases, namely: the preparation phase, the mid-term phase, the green-light fase and the finalisation phase.  All instructions on what to do during each phase in the process can be found in this user manual for students. If you are not sure what to do, please consult the manual first. If that does not answer your questions, or if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us via mycase-ceg@tudelft.nl

Please give us feedback

To optimize the system and make it as user friendly as possible, we need your feedback during the pilot. There is a feedback button in the system that you can use. Instruction on how to give feedback can be found in the manual. More information on giving correct feedback and what is done with your feedback can be found on this page.
