Generic TU Delft and specific TIL formalities.

Thesis forms
You are both the process- and content manager of your thesis project.
Use TIL-1 + TIL-2 resp. TIL-1 + MSP (forms) for the Kick-off meeting.
TIL-3 is used after the greenlight meeting to start the final exam procedure.
Print the correct TIL-0 to understand who does what and when. More information in the Preparation section.

Practical
Ideally, you have 90 EC at the start of your thesis project. As a minimum, you should have 80 EC; 5 EC from Specialisations and 5 EC from Electives may be missing at the start.
You are allowed

Regulations change each year (a bit). Follow the regulations from the year you started your MSc. If courses change or disappear, then the Transitional Rules of more recent years explain which courses you should take as replacement.
