IDE researchers receive Best Paper Presentation Award
IDE researchers Euiyoung Kim and Suzanne Hiemstra-van Mastrigt, alongside Sujin Lee and Jinwoo Lee from KAIST, received the Best Paper Presentation Award at the 86th Korean Society of Transportation conference.
They investigated the relationship between city characteristics and modal splits in 46 global cities, with the aim of providing practical recommendations on building effective modal shifts for city planners, mobility designers, and transportation service providers.
As of right now, their research paper, “Evaluating the impact of determinants on city-level modal split using data-mining methods”, is under revision at a transportation journal... But as soon as it is available, we will share it with you.
