Sergei Zhilin is a Postdoc at the Faculty of Industrial Design Engineering. His research focuses on combining qualitative and quantitative methods in the domain of social resilience.
Academic Background
Sergei is currently working as a postdoc in the research project Designing Rhythms for Social Reselience. Sergei holds a PhD from the Faculty of Technology, Policy, and Management (TU Delft). His thesis focused on developing a design method for the cultivation of Open Source Urbanism infrastructures. Prior to his PhD, Sergei obtained two Masters' degrees: in Computer Science and in Design of Urban Ecosystems. Prior to his PhD studies, Sergei worked in several web development companies as a backend developer and CTO.
